Registration for our Summer Youth League session beginning Saturday, May 12, 2012, is now open. Deadline to register is Monday, May 7, 2012. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. Should we reach our capacity on the number of teams we can accept, registration may be closed before the deadline. TEAM FEE: $495 for an 8 game session (6 regular games plus 2 more games during Semi-Finals/Finals Week. Teams that do not make the top 4 will get friendly games) GET $50 OFF REGISTRATION! ONLY $445 (Must have already played in previous sessions in 2012) We plan to have the age groups play on the days listed below. However, this is subject to change depending on the number of teams that signup. If you have a special schedule request, please send an email to estadioazteca@sbcglobal.net or in the comments section if registering online. We can't guarantee that your requests will be fulfilled, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone. Schedule requests must be received before May 7th. To determine your team's age group, please use the age matrix shown at the bottom of this page.
The order listed here is the planned order the age groups would play throughout the day. This is subject to change, but we will do our best to keep schedules in this group order. IMPORTANT: If we have a minimum of 4 teams in each level (Metro/Comp/Select or Recreational), we will have separate leagues for each level. However, if we have less than 4 teams in one or both levels, the league for that age group will be combined. Please make sure to select the correct level of play on your registration form and if registering online, please make sure to register in the correct group. Double Headers/Bye Weeks/Game Shortage: Each team will play once per week. However, sometimes due to scheduling issues (i.e. odd number league, teams registering at last minute), sometimes teams will be required to play double headers and/or have BYE weeks. If there is a team that was only scheduled for 7 games instead of 8 (due to facility scheduling), a game credit will be given to the team to be applied towards the next session. If the team is not returning, then a refund will be issued for the one game they were shorted (assuming team registration has been paid in full). TEAM REGISTRATION: In Person: Submit a completed 2012 Youth Team Registration Form and a Team Roster along with a deposit of $150 or more (Cash, Charge, Money Order, Cashier's Check Only - NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Should a check be accepted at management's discretion, there will be a $25 returned check charge added to the team's invoice for bounced checks.) The balance must be paid in full prior to the 3rd game. Online: Coaches may also register their team online through our registration page. A deposit of $150 or more will be required. A Team Roster is still required if registering online. The roster can be faxed to 916-921-0999 or emailed to estadioazteca@sbcglobal.net. PLAYER REGISTRATION:(For New Players that did not play during previous sessions in 2012): Each player will need to complete a 2012 Player Registration Form and pay an Annual Membership Fee of $10. We will not accept any registration paperwork by mail, fax, or email. PROOF OF AGE: Parent/Guardian must bring an original form of proof of age (outdoor players cards, birth certificate with photo/school ID, or a passport) to the facility. A copy will be made at the facility after the original is presented. Parents may bring their child during our regular business hours to register before the first game.
